Our winery in Thil

In the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, the northernmost region of Champagne, our vineyard of nearly 5 hectares offers us a diversity of soils ideal for innovation.

Strengthened by the heritage that has been transmitted by the past 6 generations, we are now creating our own wines to magnify our terroirs.

Winegrowers of pure tradition like our ancestors were, we let nature and the alchemy between elements express itself to develop unique champagnes.

Our wines

Our five vintages, as well as our Coteaux Champenois red, reflect our estate: diverse, sincere, and authentic.

Rencontre, aged and vinified in oak barrels, embodies all our winemaking expertise. It also symbolizes our identity, carried by our perpetual reserve patiently matured in oak barrels.

Émulsion, born from a blend with a Coteaux Champenois red Pinot Noir vinified according to the traditional Burgundy method, reveals a delicious and harmonious rosé.

Respectively pure Chardonnay, pure Meunier, and pure Pinot Noir, Freshness, Suppleness, and Structure are the three single-varietal wines in our range. Each from the same terroir, these vintages accurately express the personality of their grape variety.

Finally, our Coteaux Champenois red pays homage to our ancestors. It reflects the richness of our terroir, ideal for producing a delicious and unique red wine.
